Launching a free-satellite-TV brand into direct-to-consumer retail.

Freesat is a free satellite-TV service and joint venture between the BBC and ITV. To launch their first digital TV product — entirely created and manufactured by them — they wanted an updated, forward-looking brand strategy: tone of voice and visuals, plus product packaging built to succeed on the high street and in a new direct-to-consumer online store.
